Never send application fees, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, passwords or identity documents to recruiters through this portal. Independently verify employers and unexpected offers.
Your sharing controls
Directory visibility is optional. Applications and accepted invitations give the selected employer access to your current profile and resume. Use Your Privacy Choices to hide a profile, export data or request help. In Messages, “Stop sharing with this employer” withdraws your applications to that employer and closes its live access. It cannot erase downloaded copies.
Fair recruitment
Employers must follow the Employer & Job Posting Rules. The portal does not independently verify profiles or automatically score and reject candidates. Candidates may redact age-related information from resumes without penalty.
Report a concern
Use “Report a concern” on a listing, profile or conversation, or contact the operator without an account. Reports enter a human review queue; they do not automatically remove content. Ask for review of a moderation decision through Help. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
