Service name: WorkAtlas USA. The operator’s postal and email addresses also accept privacy, accessibility and content complaints. You do not need an account to contact us.

1. Operator and eligibility

The Polish entity identified below operates WorkAtlas USA; it is not a US-incorporated company. The service connects candidates and employers for US opportunities. Users must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Employer representatives must be authorized to act for the hiring business. Candidates act on their own behalf.

WorkAtlas provides listings, directories, applications and messages. It does not employ candidates, supply temporary labor, process payroll, sponsor visas, negotiate employment contracts or guarantee placement. Employers have their own hiring obligations. This description does not exclude any legal duty actually applicable to WorkAtlas.

2. Accounts and current service

Create an account with your email address and password. We verify your email before activating the account. Required terms and privacy acknowledgments are recorded separately from optional directory visibility. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not readable passwords.

Use accurate information and protect account access. Do not impersonate others or create duplicate employer accounts to restart free access. Report unauthorized use through Help or email. Profiles and qualifications are self-reported; sign-in and moderation do not verify identity, licenses or legitimacy. Upload only information and resumes you are authorized to share.

3. Free launch offer

Registration and candidate features are free. Employers receive three calendar months from account creation, ending on the corresponding date three months later, adjusted to the last day of the month when necessary. The exact date appears in the workspace. Included: 10 active jobs, 100 new candidate invitations per rolling 30 days, and 200 messages per account per rolling 24 hours. A listing expires after 30 days or at the end of employer access, whichever comes first.

No credit card, paid subscription, automatic renewal, automatic conversion or automatic charge. At expiry, new posting, talent search and invitations pause. Existing applications and accepted conversations remain accessible. No cancellation is needed to avoid a charge. Any future paid plan requires separately disclosed prices and an affirmative purchase. These terms do not authorize payment. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Content and acceptable use

The Employer & Job Posting Rules and Content & Copyright policy form part of these terms. Only lawful, genuine recruiting is permitted. No discrimination, harassment, scams, candidate fees, data resale, scraping, unrelated bulk promotion, malware or circumvention of access controls. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, identity documents, medical records or sensitive onboarding information.

You retain your content rights. You permit WorkAtlas to host, reproduce, format and display content only to provide, secure and moderate the features you choose and comply with law. This nonexclusive, royalty-free permission does not authorize selling resumes, using your likeness in advertising or training an unrelated AI model. It ends on deletion except for restricted records lawfully retained under the Privacy Notice.

5. Candidate sharing choices

Applying shares your current profile, application note and uploaded resume with the named employer and opens a conversation. Accepting an invitation also permits profile and resume access. This access continues while a qualifying application or accepted conversation exists: later profile edits and replacement resumes may be visible to that employer.

Directory discovery is optional and off by default. Hiding your profile does not revoke existing applications or conversations. Withdraw applications and stop the conversation to close both access routes, or use Stop sharing with this employer in Messages. Downloaded copies cannot be remotely erased; contact the employer too.

6. Moderation and closure

We may review reported content, hold or reject listings, restrict access or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, security risks or legal obligations. Review is not legal clearance or a guarantee of legitimacy. Where practicable, reasons appear in your account; urgent restrictions may be immediate. Request human review through Help or email, including the relevant reference.

Export information before deleting your account. Deletion removes related live records and the uploaded resume, subject to the Privacy Notice’s backup and legal-retention limitations. We may discontinue the free service with reasonable notice where practicable; urgent legal or security action may require an earlier change.

7. Availability and liability

The service is available on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of user content, that a message will be read, or any job or hiring outcome. Independently verify offers and qualifications. These statements do not excuse reasonable care or statutory responsibilities.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by another user’s independent conduct or employment decision. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where non-excludable, or nonwaivable consumer, privacy or employment rights. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or waiver of regulatory complaints is imposed.

8. Law, disputes and updates

Mandatory US federal, state and local protections apply when their legal conditions are met; applicable EU and Polish duties also remain in force. These terms do not impose exclusive foreign courts on consumers or displace mandatory local rights. A competent court determines governing law and jurisdiction under applicable conflict-of-laws rules. Contacting us may help resolve an issue but is not required before legal action.

Material contractual changes require renewed affirmative acceptance before further recruiting activity. Privacy controls, export, deletion and support remain available without that acceptance. Updates apply prospectively. We disclose materially different processing before it starts and obtain consent where required. A future new operating company requires lawful arrangements and appropriate notice, not blanket consent here. If a term is unenforceable, the rest applies only to the extent lawful.
