SERVICE DIRECTORY RULES · OCTOBER 9, 2026
A clear connection.
Independent services.
WorkAtlas provides listings, discovery and communication tools. Services listed here are offered by independent providers. WorkAtlas does not perform those services, employ workers through this directory, give professional advice, or guarantee an inquiry, booking, job or result.
Agree the service directly
Before proceeding, confirm the provider’s identity, qualifications and any required licenses, the scope, price, timetable, cancellation policy and complaints process. The customer and provider arrange their own service contract and payment. Directory review is a publication check, not certification of professional competence.
Provider responsibilities
Publish only services you are authorized and qualified to provide. Keep descriptions, locations, credentials and prices accurate. Do not claim partnerships, verification or endorsements that do not exist. No misleading job guarantees, discriminatory offers, unlawful services or requests for sensitive documents through introductory messages. Professional advice, regulated services and employment-agency activities must be provided only by appropriately authorized providers.
Free launch, future packages
Listing submission and directory inquiries are free during launch. This does not make the independent provider’s service free. WorkAtlas may later offer paid membership, listings, promotion and portal tools. Prices, limits and terms will be presented before purchase. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan. No payment details are collected by this directory.
Your data and choices
Your approved business profile, service description, city, state, languages, website and pricing description are public and may appear in search engines. Your account email is not displayed. Inquiries share your account name and message with the selected provider. Only the participants can access their conversation through the portal. Do not include identity numbers, bank details, health records or background-check reports.
You can pause your listing, export your services data, close a conversation or delete it for both participants in My services. Account deletion also removes the associated listing, inquiries and messages from the active portal. Recipients may retain information they have independently copied; backups and account records are governed by the Privacy notice. Use the provider’s secure channel for documents. Providers are responsible for their own handling of information received.
Moderation and concerns
New and edited listings require review. WorkAtlas may reject, pause or remove listings that breach these rules. Report a listing from its profile or contact office@workatlasusa.com. Service-quality, payment and contract disputes should be raised with the provider; platform problems should be reported to WorkAtlas. These rules supplement the Terms and do not remove applicable statutory rights or duties.
